Eunice acquired certificates in several areas of her profession. As a student of CCIM Institute of Cultural Diversified Education Program in Chicago, She earned certifications in Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate, Market Analysis Commercial Investment Real Estate, User Decision Analysis for Commercial Real Estate, and Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. Also, she acquired certification in Broker Management, Broker-in-Charge in residential real estate, and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage II. Eunice holds licenses in South Carolina and North Carolina. Working with clients of sellers and buyers in real estate, Eunice was a top producer at another agency for two years. After establishing Dyle Real Estate LLC, she has sold properties in Greenville, Greer, Lyman, Easley, Spartanburg, Liberty, Columbia, and Greenwood in South Carolina. In North Carolina, she sold properties in Mecklenburg, Davie, and Rowan counties.
Eunice severed as consultant/supervisor/manager of Credit/Accounts Receivable within several major companies and managed $50 to $100 million receivables for fifteen-years. Eunice’s impact on cash flow improved each company’s obligations. Eunice’s analytical, managerial, and customer service skills allowed her to determine where improvements should occur first. Those improvements included hiring personnel, report implementation, approve or decline credit, reconcile of reports, and insure of policy compliance.

Eunice is a graduate of Wingate University, Wingate, NC and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Office Management.
